7Forty7 Mobile Detailing – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At 7Forty7 Mobile Detailing, we understand that life happens. We strive to be flexible while respecting the time of our customers and technicians. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy for all online bookings: Cancellations & Reschedules You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Changes must be made online through our booking system or by contacting us directly at the number or email below. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours) Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. This fee helps offset lost appointment time and rebooking delays. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without prior notice, or if the vehicle is not available or accessible at the time of service, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Deposit & Payment Policy A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking. No charge is made at the time of scheduling. Late cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Weather Delays In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
